To My Valued Clients,
I will be on vacation starting June 5 - June 21. I will not be taking phone calls during that time. I will respond to all text, emails, facebook postings and contact submissions every few days while on vacation.
Typical booking time frame is 3-4 weeks in advance, same day and walk in appointments are not possible.
Services are provided inside of the salon Hair We Are.
Please call during regular business hours and all calls are returned during business hours.
My hours of business are:
Closed Sunday and Mondays.
Tuesdays and Thursdays hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday and Fridays hours are 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Saturdays are by appointment only and will vary as I do not work every Saturday.
The best way to reach me is my cell. I check my messages daily and will return calls within 24 hours or less.
Your service time is reserved for especially for you. If you are arriving late to an appointment it will limit your time of service. Clients arriving later than 30 minutes will need to be rescheduled and charged half of the treatment fee. Kindly provide 24 hour notice of cancellation, less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of half the treatment fee. No show appointments will be charged at the full treatment fee. All appointments will be held with a credit card.
If you have an expired deal just let me know, most deals are honored for the treatment purchased or can be traded for another treatment of equal value of the purchase price.
If you are sick please call and reschedule your appointment. Clients that come in sick will be required to reschedule and charged a service fee.
